Aubrey (Fan) Yang

Fan Yang is a law clerk at Alexander Zhong Law Firm. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, a top-14 law school in the United States. At Alexander Zhong Law Firm, Fan skillfully handles personal injury and insurance claims. She also assists Attorney Zhong during litigation, drafting and preparing a wide range of legal documents to help clients achieve the most favorable recovery possible.

Before joining Alexander Zhong Law Firm, Fan built diverse and solid experience across multiple areas of legal practice. She has worked at boutique law firms in the U.S. as well as at two top-tier large law firms in China. Fan has not only provided legal compliance services to more than 15 businesses, helping them navigate various U.S. regulatory requirements and keep their operations running smoothly, but has also represented numerous individuals and small business owners in resolving and settling common everyday disputes, including lease deposit disputes, construction payment disputes, product quality issues, and defamation matters. She has also drafted and negotiated a wide range of legal agreements for both business and personal matters.
