The Engagement Management team assists agencies, boards, and commissions in creating IT Strategic Plans to further the effective and efficient implementation and maintenance of IT initiatives, goals, and objectives.

The Strategic Oversight team ensures agencies follow applicable regulations when submitting Project Investment Justifications (PIJs) for any IT Project costing over $25K. Before submitting a PIJ, it is recommended that an agency contact its assigned Engagement Manager for support.
