The Arizona Department of Emergency Management and Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management administers the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Grant program across the state. The PA program allows for government agencies, Private non-profits, and other eligible entities to seek reimbursement for costs directly linked to a disaster.
