WILL THERE BE ICE AVAILABLE?
Yes, AWG will provide ice
CAN I SEND MATERIALS THAT I'LL NEED FOR THE SHOW TO THE AWG WAREHOUSE?
Yes. Send via UPS or FedEx (or any other carrier) to 5521 88th Ave Kenosha WI 53144 using this label.
Note: product must be received at the warehouse at least 3 days prior to the show.
IS THERE A FORM TO FILL OUT TO PULL SAMPLES FROM THE WAREHOUSE?
Yes, please fill out the Warehouse Samples form listed above in the Optional Samples section. Please note we will not bring samples back to the warehouse. Please plan to donate or make arrangements to return to the manufacturer.
WILL AWG BRING SAMPLE PRODUCT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AND RETURN TO INVENTORY?
No, we will not bring any sample product back to the warehouse.
Please plan to donate it or arrange transport back to the manufacturer.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN SAMPLES?
Absolutely! Samples do not need to come from the AWG warehouse.
I'M A BROKER - HOW WILL THE MANUFACTURERS I REPRESENT BE BILLED?
Please fill out form titled Booth Reservation in the Required Form section above.
The form will allow you to indicate how much each vendor will be billed.
CAN I GET AN INVOICE FOR THE BOOTH COST NOW?
Yes, we can manually generate an invoice. Please contact Jennifer at glfoodshow@awginc.com
WHAT COMES WITH A BOOTH?
Each booth is 8' x 8'. It comes with 6-foot table, a waste basket and two chairs. Electricity is not provided and must be requested when you reserve your booth.
DO I NEED TO BRING COPIES OF MY SURVEYS?
Yes, you will need to bring your own surveys.
For Center Store items, please contact Amanda Despots at 262-656-4262 to set up a meeting to pick up your surveys.
Please make sure to bring plenty of copies. We will have a copier available but the line tends to get long.
WHAT ARE THE SHOW DEAL DATES?
This show is for Event 10, 11, 12, 13, which spans the timeframe of late August through December.
WHAT IS THE DUE DATE FOR SHOW DEALS?
For Center Store, deals for 10, 11, 12, 13 should already have been submitted.
For Perishable, please see the Perishable Deals form listed above in the Optional Forms section.
WHERE CAN I GET SURVEYS OF MY ITEMS IN THE CENTER STORE EVENT BOOK?
We will be publishing a spreadsheet of items in the event book. Please contact Jennifer if you would like a copy:

WILL THERE BE A PHOTOCOPIER AVAILABLE?
Yes, we have a copier but please try to bring plenty of copies.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY BOOTH NUMBER?
We will have booth numbers by end of the day 8/9. You can still submit your service request to Tinley Park before then. Just leave the field blank and they'll fill it in.
WILL THERE BE A DINNER OR RECEPTION THE NIGHT BEFORE THE SHOW?
No, we are not planning anything for the day before the show.
CAN I HANG SIGNS IN MY BOOTH?
You can do any kind of signage you'd like, however, please note we do not do pipe and drape around the booths so all signage needs to be free standing.
CAN I REQUEST A 16 X 16 ENDCAP (4 BOOTHS TOTAL) OR DO MY BOOTH SPACES HAVE TO BE INLINE?
We’ll do our best to get you on an endcap. Please contact Jennifer at glfoodshow@awginc.com to request.
CAN WE USE DEEP FRYERS/TOASTER OVENS IN OUR BOOTH
Yes, that's not a problem. If you have appliances that need special electricity, please contact Jennifer at glfoodshow@awginc.com.
