Celebrations around the world

In your small co-operative you are going to choose a country at random. You will then have the next 2 weeks to research and create a google slide presentation about your country with the following information:

• research on Google 1 or 2 other celebrations in your country - E.G Halloween in America or Waitangi day in NZ

• Each person in your co-operative group needs to use MOTE to record yourself saying 'Merry Chrsitmas' in the national language of your country

• History

• People & Culture

• Nature

• National Food

• Geography - population, how big the country is in KM's, landscape etc

• National Clothing - creating a women and a man dressed in the national clothing using polyline

• Flag & National Language/s & Currency

• How they celebrate Christmas - comparing this to New Zealand

• Extra interesting/fun facts
