In my practice I incorporate: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Training, among other techniques to support and work with individuals, have training in trauma focused therapy, resiliency building, hope and wellness, bullying prevention, behavior management, stress management, grief healing, self-harm and prevention of suicide.
