Each Month we update the Assignment Notebook Planner page with daily lessons, assignments, homework and upcoming events. Check back weekly to stay in the loop.
Each lesson within each unit will have 3-6 learning targets. These skills will address reading, writing, grammar, morphology and spelling. Each week will vary in terms of how many lessons we complete. Use our Assignment Notebook Planner to see the most current lesson for each day.

Lexile Level Lookup: Every book can be categrized by it's reading level. We call those levels a Lexile. Use this site to look up the Lexile level of a book or find books that are in your Lexile range.

Daily Assignments: 20 minutes of nightly reading - School Wide Initiative - please record the titles of the books your child reads each day on our monthyly reading logs. These can be found in the front of our Assignment Notebook Planner. We ask that parents also intial in the parent signature box on a daily basis.
