All information from the Wait List submissions is still saved and your child's placement on the list has not changed.

WAIT LIST DESCRIPTION

The waitlist for a student is based on the birthday you entered at the time of application. This was then converted into their graduating class year.  It is your responsibility to notify the school if you change your address or phone number.  Families who do not respond to open enrollment placement calls or who decline an open enrollment spot will be purged from the waitlist.

The online Waitlist has six columns to help you search for your child’s place on the list: 

• Student Waitlist Code – this is the unique number you received via email at the time of your application 

• Grad Year - to verify you are looking at the correct list

• 3 columns for waitlist rankings (this refers to your child’s admission preference): S = Sibling, E = Employee child, AV = AVUSD boundaries, O = Outlying communities (San Bernardino County and contiguous counties)

• Application date - the date the application was submitted
