All enrollment will take place online. Please follow the steps below.
All new students must enroll online at our AVUSD online enrollment site.Â
Call the Central Enrollment office at (760) 247-8001 ext. 20563 or ext. 20562 to schedule an appointment to bring in all supporting documents listed below.
You must have the following documents to enroll your student:
Child's Birth Certificate (must be an original copy)
Up-to-date Immunization Record
Two (2) Proofs of Residency are required - 1 must be a current utility bill* and the other can be from our Proof of Residency documents list. Current utility bills* must be under parent's/guardian's name only [water, trash, electric, or gas] dated within 30 days. Correspondence from a government agency must be dated within 30 days.
Parent Photo ID
Only a parent or legal guardian may register a child. (Grandparents, siblings, aunts, and uncles may not register a child unless they are the legal guardian.)
*Please note, if you are using a print out of your online utility bill due to paperless billing, you will be asked to access your online account during your visit to enrollment for account verification purposes (Per AR 5111.1 Administration has the right to verify the information and, if necessary, conduct an investigation into the accuracy of the information provided.)
