A Strong Start and an Exciting Season Ahead
Thank you to all of our families for your continued partnership and for attending Parent-Teacher Conferences on September 18th and 19th. Your involvement plays a key role in supporting student success, and we appreciate the time you took to meet with teachers and celebrate progress.
Looking ahead, the last day of the 1st Quarter is Friday, October 3rd. We are proud of the hard work students have put in so far this year, and we encourage everyone to finish the quarter strong.
After that, students will enjoy a well-deserved Fall Break from October 6th to 10th. School will resume on Monday, October 13th. We hope our students and families take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the fall season.
This will also be when Boys’ Basketball and Girls’ Soccer seasons begin, so please ensure that all physicals and paperwork are completed and submitted to the office.
Please mark your calendars for some upcoming events:
Eagles of Excellence Assembly – October 30th. We are excited to recognize students who exemplify excellence in academics, behavior, and leadership.
As we wrap up the first quarter, I want to take a moment to thank our incredible school community for a successful start to the year. I am especially grateful to our parents for supporting our vision of creating a school culture where students take ownership of their learning and value their education. I also appreciate our local business partners for their continued support and engagement with our school. Every parent I have spoken with has been welcoming and encouraging, and I am excited to continue building on this strong foundation together.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. We look forward to a great October together!
Sincerely,
Riki Valdez, MAED
