March School Highlights and Upcoming Events
Dear Families and Community Members,
March is shaping up to be a busy and exciting month at our school! As we move into the final stretch of the third quarter and prepare for important academic milestones, we appreciate your continued partnership in supporting our students.
Third Quarter Ends – March 6
The third quarter concludes on March 6. This is a great time for students to finish strong by completing assignments and checking in with their teachers. We encourage families to review grades and celebrate the hard work students have put in this quarter.
Parent-Teacher Conferences – March 12 & 13
We look forward to welcoming families for Parent-Teacher Conferences on March 12 and March 13. Conferences are an important opportunity to discuss student progress, strengths, and goals for the remainder of the school year. Your involvement makes a meaningful difference in student success.
Spring Break – March 16–20
Our school will be closed for Spring Break from March 16 through March 20. We hope all of our students and families enjoy a safe, restful, and fun break. We look forward to seeing everyone refreshed and ready to learn when we return.
AASA State Testing Begins – March 24
After spring break, we begin AASA state testing on March 24. These assessments allow students to demonstrate their learning and growth. Please help your child prepare by ensuring they get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school on time each day of testing. Encouragement from home goes a long way in helping students feel confident and prepared.
4th Quarter Sports Season Underway
Our 4th quarter softball and baseball seasons are officially underway, and we are excited to cheer on our student-athletes! We invite families and community members to come out and support our teams at upcoming games. We have an away game at Continental on March 24, 2026, and a home game against Calabasas on March 31, 2026. Your support helps build school spirit and encourages our athletes to do their best.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our school community. Together, we are helping our students grow, achieve, and succeed.
Warm regards,
Principal Valdez
