Physicals (required)
A sports physical must be electronically uploaded into Final Forms. Sports physicals are good "current" for one calendar year post doctors signature. All physicals must be uploaded into Final Forms before the athlete is allowed to participate. Coaches & School personnel cannot accept paper copies.
Uniform (required)
Available Starting March 1st
All competing athletes must wear a sanctioned uniform top and black shorts (with no large logo) at all track meets. The uniform top can be purchased at Avon's own Graffiti Wearhouse (36964 Detroit Rd) at a cost of $15. These are the same uniforms as last year so returning athletes do not need to purchase a new uniform top. Compression tops or bottoms can be worn underneath the uniform and have no regulations of color or logo, but since relay teams must match we ask that all undergarments be black.

Parent Volunteer Signups
Please consider signing up to help us effectively host our home track meets. Complete the form below to sign up for each track meet you are available to help at. We will need timers for the finish line and additional volunteers for field events, so we ask that all volunteers report to the finish line at 4:15pm please so we can make sure that all events are covered and start the meet promptly.
