The AP Psychology exam will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at noon. It is prudent to start preparing for the exam ahead of time so that you are not overwhelmed by all of the information that you have to review. In order to familiarize yourself with the format and content of the exam, you should take full advantage of the information and resources below.
This is the College Board's website with information about the AP Psychology exam. This includes released FRQs and scoring guidelines that you can see if you login with your College Board account: https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/courses/ap-psychology
If you haven't gotten a review guide yet, I highly recommend that you get one. Review guides are helpful because they have concise summaries of each topic from the course as well as practice questions and full practice questions. There are several brands available, such as Barron's, Princeton Review, and 5 Steps to a 5. Most are available on Amazon and can be found in bookstores like Barnes and Noble. Make sure you get one that isn't more than a few years old, otherwise it might have outdated information.
There are many different websites that have practice questions. Barron's has online practice materials that you can use if you have a copy of the review book: https://www.barronseduc.com/ap-psych-resources and https://www.barronseduc.com/registration?id=XVV_FBEAACMAl7yY
This website has multiple choice questions related to all of the major topics covered in this course. It could be helpful when studying for unit tests and the AP exam. Just keep in mind that the questions are rather basic and do not reflect the difficulty of the actual questions on the AP exam. https://www.highschooltestprep.com/ap/psychology/
This website has compiled a significant number of resources related to AP exam preparation (e.g. questions, notes, etc.): http://www.appracticeexams.com/ap-psychology
Albert.io has some free practice questions (though if you want full access, you would need to pay for it): https://www.albert.io/ap-psychology
This is a two-hour "cram session" review that an AP Psychology teacher created a few years ago. It covers some of the main terms and concepts from each unit.
You can also go back to various Crash Course videos to get a brief review of different topics.
