Aerospace Inspection for Engine Cylinders
Multi-gauging system for the Cylinders is a customised gauging solution for inspecting and analysing the required dimensions of cylinder subcomponents. Further, the system records the measured data, analyse and decide the quality of the component. And an external indicator will show the component is accepted or rejected. Gauging solution was based on LVDT sensors for measurement which are capable of achieving very high accuracy results in the range of 1 Microns. This System greatly reduces the inspection & recording time as the measured data are automatically recorded. The major dimensions inspected by the system are tabulated and presented in a customer desired format
Electro-Mechanical actuator ( 3 Variants )
Electro-Mechanical actuator development is a critical and prestigious program under indigenization
designed and developed EMA controls the operation of mechanical bi-directional valve used in fuel transfer and air pressurization sub-system of LCA-Tejas
Seven EMAs are required to be installed for various supply/ transfer lines of each LCA
Application study has been conducted in conjunction with HAL team
Cleared Acceptance Testing, QT in progress , Supply and Product approval by this financial year end
Production to start in the financial year 2023-24

Blade inspection System
eBLOOME is an Opto-mechanical Inspection system, indigenized for aero foil profile measurement, catering extensively to defense & aerospace segments
System will greatly increase the efficiency and speed of the measurement process for profile, thickness, angle and shift of lock axis section. Both final manufactured blades and billets with tolerance up to two millimeters can be checked in the same system.
