Must provide ID card All the participants are requested to bring their ID card while registering for an event.
Students without ID card will not be permitted to register for any event.

The inauguration starts at 9:30 am. All the participants are requested to assemble in the Thiruchitramblam auditorium by 9:00 am.
Prize distribution and Valediction will be between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm .
Organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings and valuables.
Decision of the judges will be final.
Arguing against the judges will lead to disqualification.
Indiscipline of any kind will lead to negative marking or disqualification of the entire team.
Vulgarity of any sort will lead to disqualification.
Participants are requested to bring their own materials for the respective competitions.
Participants are to take note of the timings and venue for various events.
Lunch and certificates will be provided for all the participants.
Violation of rules and regulations will lead to disqualification.
