Dear Students,

We are pleased to inform you that Avid College is organizing the annual convocation for conferring students who completed their academic programs for the year 2025. The convocation will be held on the 5th of December, 2025.

We take this opportunity to cordially invite all meritorious students to participate in the graduation ceremony. In this regard we will be mailing the eligible students a Google Form link in a timely manner. Students may express their interest to participate in the graduation by submitting the Google form before 25th November 2025. 

Please make note that the graduates will be permitted to attend the convocation and receive the awards only after confirming the participation through the Google form along with completion of applicable documents (if any).
