  • Turn-in to ASB Room 102 at snack or lunch with appropriate documentation

  • Turn-in to Accounting Office with appropriate documentation

• Facilities Request

  • must be submitted by club advisor

For food/beverage sales taking place between midnight and 1/2 hour after school ends; must meet state nutritional requirements and be approved by AVUHSD Food Service dept. Use Healthy Snack calculator from AVUHSD Food Services website. Print or screenshot the "This Food Fits" confirmation and turn-in with your request. Food Service is also requiring a copy of the actual nutritional label from the product you wish to sell.
