I am a psychodynamically-oriented therapist who creates a space for patients, both internally and externally, of curiosity and exploration for the sake of long-lasting change.
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor licensed in Kentucky (#289905). I have 5 years of experience working with the LGBTQ+ population, specializing in providing gender-confirming medical letters and therapeutic support for non-binary, transgender, and gender expansive people. I also specialize in religious trauma in both individual and group therapy situations.
I practice from the theoretical center of psychodynamic psychotherapy, coming alongside you to explore and make sense together of who you are as a person. I incorporate elements of liberation psychology, somatic-based therapies, and ACT into my work, always catering my presence and approach to the unique person in front of me.
