Activity Overview
Yoga is a wonderful practice for teaching young children muscle control and flexibility. When used together with breathwork, we begin to give students the awareness of their breathing and how we can control it to help calm ourselves down. Do this activity alongside your student, talk with them about how you are feeling through the experience, and prompt them to speak about their experience through the guided questions.
