Meet Miss Moore
I am so excited to be teaching at Ave Maria Academy this year! I attended St. John the Baptist Catholic School in Monaca, PA from PreK-8 so I know how important it is to have such an amazing education and a way to continue to grow through our faith. It is truly a blessing that I get to teach students and help them live their faith the same way I did as a student myself.
I received my education degree from Coastal Carolina University in 2017(about 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach) and moved back to Pennsylvania to begin my teaching career! As much as I loved living by the beach, I knew I wanted to come back to PA to live near my family and friends.
Outside of teaching some of my interests are playing with my dogs, spending time with family/boyfriend/friends, fishing, golfing, running, watching football, watching Netflix and movies, and anythings artsy. I have always been very close with my family and love to spend time with them, whether it be eating breakfast on Sunday after church or going for a walk.
I have three dogs - Browni, Millie, and Opie. My dogs are amazing and I love them all so much! Browni is a Chocolate lab/mix, Millie is a hound/mix, and Opie is a Golden Retriever.
My favorite color is olive green and I love cacti, llamas, and sunflowers! My favorite food is either gnocchis or cajun-ranch chicken wings! My favorite holidays are Halloween and Thanksgiving and my favorite season is fall!
