Purchasing Requisitions (other than Amazon & Ed-Data) - You must have a quote or screenshot of the item(s) you would like purchased. If you need help finding a vendor, please contact accounts.payable@avcsk12.org before putting in a requisition.

Educational Data Services is a turnkey Cooperative Procurement Management Program, where schools and other public entities access bid pricing to procure essential supplies & services through our one-of-a-kind e-marketplace.
A separate purchase requisition is not needed, if ordering through Ed-Data

If you would like to purchase an item(s) on Amazon and you do not have a school account, request one through this link.
Purchase approvals for Amazon items run through the Amazon portal. A separate purchase requisition is not needed.
