Each week students have 2 lessons - a practical lesson which will be a physical training program which will need to be completed and a worksheet filled in. The second lesson will be theoretical relating to concepts students will develop to help their understanding of the Physical Education curriculum.

Course breakdown:

paper 1 - 30% (physical factors effecting performance)

paper 2 - 30% (social-cultural factors and sports performance)

practical - 30% (3 sports - 1 individual, 1 team, 1 from either list)

AEP - 10% ( analysis and evaluation of performance - 14 hour conditioned coursework)
