Walking backwards into the future
Our school-wide learning inquiry in Term 4 term is 2021 and Beyond.
We will be learning about how we identify and use our strengths and interests to learn more about future opportunities, job interests and possible careers.
We will be looking at what we can do to prepare for 2021; either as a Year 8 student at AIS or as a Year 9 student at college.
We will learn about what different jobs entail, by inviting guest speakers into our school and interviews
We will find ex-Taita Intermediate/Avalon Intermediate students to find out 'Where are they now?' and learn what life-long lessons they learned from their time at our kura.
