• How do I log into L4LConnect? 

Teachers and staff can login to L4LConnect by going to their Staff Dashboard in SIS and clicking on the L4LConnect icon. Additionally, you can login by going directly to the L4LConnect Website at www.parentsquare.com/signin. Once you are logged in you can bookmark that page to make logging in easy. *Note that L4LConnect is powered by parentsquare.com

• I forgot my password, how do I reset it? 

  • • Teachers and staff can reset their password by clicking "forgot password" on the L4LConnect Website located here.

• How do I update a student's cell phone number?

  • • Student cell phone numbers must be changed in SIS and they will then populate into L4LConnect the next day. Change a student cell phone number by using the Update Student Cell Phone Number link on the https://Learn4.Life/EdTech website or in the links section of L4LConnect.

• How do I update a parent's cell phone number?

  • • A parent's cell phone number is considered a primary contact number and therefore needs to be changed with the proper paperwork at the front desk. Please see your front desk for exact steps needed to update a parent's phone number in SIS.

• How are parent's brought into L4LConnect? / What if my student is over 18? 

  • • Parents are brought into L4LConnect and linked to students based upon their enrollment paperwork. If the option "lives with" was checked then that parent will be brought into L4LConnect with the information they provided. If a parent did not select "lives with" then they will not be.

• How do I invite students? / How can I see which of my students have accepted an invitation?

  • • Students can be invited by clicking "Admin" (top left next to the L4LConnect Logo), then by clicking "Students" (located on the left hand side). From here you can scroll or search to find students and then click "Invite" in the actions column. Invitations are automatically sent when a new account is created.

• How do I invite parents? / How can I see which parents have accepted an invitation?

  • • Parents can be invited by clicking "Admin" (top left next to the L4LConnect Logo), then by clicking "Users" (located on the left hand side) and finally selecting the "Parents" tab. From here you can scroll or search to find parents and then click "Invite" in the actions column.

• Where can students and parents download the App?

  • • The L4LConnect app is available on the google play store or the apple itunes store. Students can simply search for "L4LConnect" or you can send them the direct links. Additionally, students and parents are able to access the app, including messages and posts, within the web browser of their device by logging in at www.parentsquare.com/signin
