Quality Control is conducted free of charge before shipment once you purchase a vehicle.

• Quality Control (hereinafter referred to as QC) is conducted by the vehicle professional inspector of Auto Stock Global to physically verify all sections listed in the sheet. 

• QC is conducted in South Korea before shipment, and the details of the results are promptly provided to the customer without any fake information immediately after QC completion. 

• QC is conducted only after full payment has been made, and QC verifies whether the information of the listed vehicles is actually matched. 

• If the results of QC do not match the listed vehicle information, customers may request a refund or negotiation. 

• Auto Stock Global confirms and records only the product status at the time of QC. 

• Auto Stock Global does not take responsibility for any discrepancies between the facts stated in the QC and those arising from issues during shipment and handling (such as vehicle location movement, T/S, etc.). 

• The results of QC cannot be posted, shared through another third-party platform, if so Auto Stock Global does not take responsibility for any issues and in the event of problems, all responsibility lies with the person who was posted, shared, or sold.
