Special Projects

What is a Digital Art Special Project?

Every school year at A-Tech High School, Digital Art students participate in a special project to connect with other communities. We connect with communities both near and far! Here are just a few:

In the Spring of 2019 ATECH students in Studio Art, Digital Photography and Digital Art all participated in The Memory Project with fellow students in Afghanistan. ATECH students created portraits using a wide variety of art media to gift to children facing war and extreme poverty in Afghanistan. Ms Brooks continues to work with her students and The Memory Project to this day.

In the Summer of 2019 BEAM Center of Brooklyn collaborated with A-Tech students through the Career Clue program to design and build a wide variety of tech projects.
