Who are we looking to hire?   

Seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver direct, in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients at home or approved locations within a designated area. All services provided exclusively by BCBA; RBTs and BCaBAs are not employed.

Hours/schedule

• • Client-dependent hours, including daytime, after-school, and evening options.

  • Independent contractor role; part-time and full-time opportunities available

Responsibilities

• • Assess behavioral needs and create individualized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based ABA interventions.

  • Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.

  • Train and support families and caregivers in behavioral strategies

  • Maintain accurate compliant records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • State LBA license (as required)

  • Experience with individuals with autism

  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and documentation standards

  • Proficient in treatment plan development

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

Must have the following to become a certified provider with our agency:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification through the BACB

• Valid State license (if required by state)

• Valid CPR/BLS with a portion completed in-person

• Valid Driver's license

• Must pass a 10 year federal, state and local background check

The following must be setup if contracted before submission to insurance.

• • National Provider Identification Number (NPI) profile and number

  • Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) profile and number

  • Liability Insurance
