Jaden Belardes

Jaden Belardes, owner, brings over 3 years of experience to the team. He was born and raised in Northern California and has been a resident of Phoenix for 4 years, graduating from Grand Canyon University with a bachelors in Business Management.

Before starting college, Jaden knew his passion for painting and project management and after graduation, decided to create Authentic Property Solutions, LLC. Jaden is known for his dedication, loyalty, and expertise in many areas.

Thomas Helgens

Thomas Helgens, owner, brings 3 years of experience to AP Solutions. Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Tommy moved to the Phoenix Valley 5 years ago and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelors in Business Administration.

Tommy originally comes from a sales background but realized his passion for property management when working part-time with Jaden during college. Using his business experience and his love for hard work, Tommy excels in any job.
