Saturday - Individual events: hammer, shot put, discus, javelin, weight throw, and single arm weight throw (weight for distance). Championship dinner.
Sunday - AMA Heavy Weight Pentathlon Championships and 56lb and 100lb weights.
Monday - Throws Pentathlon and super weight.
