You provide the photos and the message, and we'll create a special tribute to your child that they'll always treasure.
---------------------
Class of 2027, schedule your senior photo shoots early if you plan to use those photos in your ad. Senior ads, including photo and text content, must be ordered by December 4, 2026 at yearbookforever.com.
How to order your Senior Ad
Go to YearbookForever.com, where you'll see the option to order your tribute ad.
Choose your ad size and input your message and photos. The maximum character count and photo limit will be specified in the order form.
Our editors will begin building your senior ad with the photos and message we have received from you.
Once all ads have been designed, you will receive a link to a folder with all the proofs. Find your student's name and click on that link to see your completed ad.
If you see no errors, you are finished! No need to respond. If, however, you see a typo in the copy you provided, or a photo that is incorrect, you will be able to notify us via a google form. There is a one-week window to inform us of the mistake.
-----------------------
Please note that the acceptance of senior tribute ad orders is at the discretion of the yearbook editors with the guidance of the adviser, and in accordance with the Austin Independent School District guidelines and Texas law, which states that content depicting, referring to or involving illegal activities will not be accepted.
Content policy:
Due to copyright restrictions, song lyrics, poetry, and other published materials may not be used.
References or photos depicting suggestive material or inappropriate hand gestures will not be published.
If you are using pictures from a professional photographer, you must hold the copyright of the image.
Photos depicting nudity or partial nudity at any age, illegal activities (alcoholic beverages, drugs or drug-related images, tobacco products), weapons, inappropriate hand gestures, or any other item deemed inappropriate will not be published.
Messages should be written as a personal tribute to the student. Messages in support of a political cause, or any other subject, will not be accepted.
YEARBOOK ADVISER/EDITORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY SUBMISSION WE DEEM INAPPROPRIATE.
Tribute copy should be written as a personal messsage acknowledging the achievements of and/or best wishes for your child.
The tribute section will be treated as all other sections of the yearbook, based on a template that the Stetson editors and staff create built upon our style guide. You will not need to submit anything but the photos you'd like to appear, along with the copy you would like to accompany the photos. Your student's name will be the headline for your tribute.
Only original, unretouched photos that have not been manipulated ("photoshopped") will be accepted to appear in the ads. No collages or montages will be accepted.
The Stetson editors and staff have worked tirelessly to design and produce a cohesive design for the entire Stetson, including the tribute section. Your tribute, along with every other tribute, will follow the style guide created for this very purpose. Each tribute will begin with a headline that consists of the student's first and last name, to be followed by the message you have provided. Fonts, photo sizes and colors are predetermined and will not deviate from our established style.
Photos will be arranged in the order we determine as most appropriate.
Despite a vigorous in-house review process, mistakes happen, and we will do our best to fix them with your help. Once all tribute ads have been created, a link will be sent to you that will allow you to view your ad. You will have one week to notify of us, via a google form, if you see a typo or mistakenly placed photo in your ad. Misspellings or other typos that we have made will be corrected. Photos that were mistakenly placed (for example - of a different student, or a duplicated photo), will be replaced with the correct photo according to what you originally ordered.
Please note that NO OTHER REVISIONS will be made. There is simply not enough time to accept and place new photos or to change submitted copy after original submission. Tight deadlines also prevent us from sending out a second round of proofs.
