Counselor Referral Form If you need to talk with me (guardians or students), simply fill out this form. I am here for anyone that may need me. After you complete this form, I will contact the guardian via email or phone to set up a time to "meet" with your student on a platform that works best for you. If a guardian needs to talk, I will reach out via phone. This is an extremely challenging time and I want our community to feel safe and supported!

Vida Clinic

Our school based mental health partner, Vida Clinic, is offering teletherapy services to the Austin ISD community. These services will allow adults and students to access quality mental health services right from their own homes. At this time, Seton is offering FREE health and wellness resources regardless of which AISD health plan you are enrolled in.

AscensionConnect has established COVID-19 hotlines across our ministries. Available from 6 a.m. to midnight, the hotline is staffed by triage RNs who will respond to public questions and implement the most up-to-date screening and protocols to guide patients to the most appropriate care setting, including staying home and/or virtual options.
