Hello! My name is Rachel Briles. I am a mom with one kid still at Hill and one Hill graduate now in Middle School. I graduated from the University of Texas as a Dean's Scholar with highest honors and I also have my Masters of Education in Curriculum from UT-Austin.
I love so many things about life. I love my family and my students so, so much. I love being outdoors (except during Cedar season...), tall trees, and great expanses. I love teaching my students about the Earth and our universe and sharing with them how cool I think these systems and living communities are. I love teaching the history of our nation and exploring what might have been going through our ancestors' minds as they met new obstacles. Most of all, I love sharing what I know with awesome kids and being there to support them.
