Choir Parent Opportunities
Bobcat Choir Boosters
Embedded Files
Thank you so much for your interest in supporting our Bobcat Choir Singers!
There are multiple opportunities to volunteer with Bobcat Choir, both ongoing and not.
Ongoing Bobcat Choir Booster Roles
These important volunteered roles will continue throughout the school year.
Choir Booster President is the organizer of parent volunteers. They will organize parent volunteers for concert days, and will facilitate conversation for Choir Booster events like profit shares.
Choir Booster Treasurer will be the point person for all financial related topics for the Bobcat Choir.
Concert Videographer will record the choir concerts from the audience.
If you are interested in any of these roles for the upcoming school year, please let us know!
Concert Day Volunteering
On each concert day there are smaller non-ongoing ways for parents to get involved in supporting our Bobcat Choir Singers, such as:
Pizza Crew is needed for concerts both at Blanton and at the AISD PAC. They arrange pizza pick up, and help serve pizza dinner prior to the concert.
Flower Crew can be set up for any concerts to raise money at concerts through flower sales. They arrange the flower pick up and sell them at the start of the concert.
Walkers are needed for concerts that are held at the AISD PAC. They help chaperone small groups of students for the Choir Parade from Blanton, to Bartholomew Park, to the AISD PAC.
Runner is needed for concerts that are held at the AISD PAC. They follow the Choir Parade in their car in case it is necessary to make any trips back and forth once we have left campus.
These concert day jobs will be available for sign up prior to each concert, and can change to meet the needs of the event.
