What is the ACE Program?

A program created to support students and families during out-of-school time hours. It is designed to reinforce and complement regular academic and enrichment programs including the curriculum and behavior development of participating students.

Activities focus on:

  • Career Readiness

  • Fine Arts

  • Technology

  • Health & Nutrition

  • Social Emotional Learning


Program Objectives

  • Provide a safe-space for young people during out-of-school time hours where positive behaviors are rewarded.

  • Align all out-of-school time academic and enrichment classes with TEKS standards.

  • Support programs and classes that engage adult family members of participating students so that they have the skills and knowledge base to help their student grow.

The goals of ACE Austin are:

● To support the needs of each campus community by providing a holistic and inclusive program.

● To supplement the school-day through supplemental academic enrichment and meaningful family engagement.

● To help improve student outcomes in academics, attendance, and behavior.

● To provide a safe and supportive environment for students outside of school hours.
