The TransformED strike team members will conduct the following three phases over the course of the academic year:

I. Discovery Phase

Fall Semester—The Discovery Phase is designed to ground TransformED in the data necessary to help Austin Community College (ACC) and area owners understand the current landscape of each area. The identified team that represents TransformED must have a deep exploration and understanding of all the programs, degrees, and services provided to ACC students. Each participant will serve as the primary point of contact for each associate vice chancellor area to outline past state, current state, and future state opportunities.

II. Definition, Design, and Development Phase

Spring Semester—The Define, Design, and Development Phase will assist in the refinement of parameters for research and outline the project roadmap. Stakeholder involvement will be crucial to the success of this phase and the team will host opportunities for collaboration.

III. Beta and Launch Phase

Summer Semester—The Beta and Launch Phase is designed to leverage the research findings from the Discovery and the Definition and Design Phases, apply them within the broader strategic context of ACC's academic and student affairs areas, programs, degrees, and services, and design a strategic response. Deliverables will be presented to the entire college community at the Riverbat Experience 2.0—A Student Success Summit in early Fall.
