pROPOSAL sUBMISSION rEQUIREMENTS

Solicitation:

Any request for a proposal (RFP), request for qualification (RFQ), or competitive sealed bid (CSB), including any exhibits and addenda of $50,000 or more must comply with the formal solicitation process.

Respondents must respond to all sections of the solicitation, adhere to all requirements of the solicitation and provide all required information and documentation to be considered for award.

A Respondent is defined as the entity responding to the solicitation or submitting a proposal response.

Failure to submit the required information may result in automatic disqualification of the submitted proposal.

All proposals will require a Business Proposal. If the proposal is in response to a technical solution, a Technical Proposal is also required.
