The New Student Course Evaluation Surveys

The following surveys were piloted in over 1000 course sections (400 faculty members). 

Note: Some surveys have questions marked as DL:; these questions are specific to asynchronous online classes (ONL and HYD) and are only included in those classes. Also, only questions in sections 1-5 are used in determining the rating; sections 6 and 7 are for faculty information.

• Survey for all Lecture-based courses (LEC in the course catalog, but not including combined LEC/LAB courses) - Approved by ASAC in March, 2025

• Survey for all LEC/LAB courses - Approved by ASAC in May, 2025

• Survey for all LAB only courses - Approved by ASAC in May, 2025

• Survey for all Internship courses - Approved by ASAC in May, 2025

• Survey for all Practicum courses - Approved by ASAC in May, 2025

• Survey for all Cooperative courses - Approved by ASAC in May, 2025

• Survey for for all Clinical courses - We will continue to use the survey already developed by Health Sciences
