Our FCLI goal for this exchange is to foster innovation in curriculum design and classroom strategies to better engage our students and prepare them for the world and the future workforce.
This Innovation Exchange will provide a dedicated, unrecorded environment where you can safely engage with your colleagues in authentic discussions, experiment with new educational technology tools, explore new teaching strategies, design content or assessments, and collaborate or obtain feedback with your peers.

Participants can engage in hands-on activities with colleagues, guided by a knowledgeable facilitator. Participating in collaborative Innovation Exchanges offer several benefits, including the opportunity to join a community of practice, engage in dynamic discussions, and collaborate with faculty colleagues. No, prior knowledge is not required to participate. While the "exploratory activities" were designed to complement specific texts, prior preparation is not a prerequisite. Participants can complete the activities independently or receive step-by-step assistance and discussion opportunities with the exchange facilitators.
