The Associate Dean of the Faculty Center for Learning Innovation (FCLI) directs this faculty community that champions innovative learning through collaboration, support, engagement, development, and connection. This position reports directly to the Provost and is a non-renewable 3-year term.

The Coordinator of the Faculty Center for Learning Innovation (FCLI) plays a vital role in supporting the mission by providing administrative and programmatic support for faculty development initiatives. This is a permanent full-time position that reports directly to the Associate Dean.

The Committee for Faculty Innovation and Development (CFID) is a primarily faculty-driven group that ensures that the work of the FCLI represents faculty in the creation and administration of innovative faculty initiatives, activities, and services.
CFID members are appointed to advise FCLI work to:
Engage in advising, promoting, and participating in FCLI programming
Ensure the development and implementation of initiatives, activities, and services represent our Faculty Values
Provide insight and expertise on opportunities for faculty to grow, based on evidence-based practices
Provide support and advocate to and for faculty in the spirit of lifelong learning
Be the voice of faculty for faculty
