Azul Barrientos and Joseph Palmer bring together voice and classical guitar in an intimate program that moves freely across musical traditions. Their repertoire draws from the songs of Latin American artists and composers such as Atahualpa Yupanqui and Violeta Parra, alongside their own rendering of La Llorona, Manuel M. Ponce’s Estrellita, and unexpected works including Nine Inch Nails’ A Warm Place and Simon & Garfunkel’s Benedictus.
