Clicking on the arrow-in-a-box icon located in the top right corner of the report will open the current report page in a new browser tab or window. To explore other sections, please return to the original browser tab or window.
Some reports allow you to filter the current dataset by specific populations (e.g., by area of study). In these cases, you can select/unselect filter options in the "Filter By:" section at the top of the report.
Hover over the chart or table you wish to export.
Right click on the chart/table or click on the top right corner ( â‹® more button ) of the chart/table and select "Export".
You may need to scroll down the dashboard, the pop-up box for Exporting shows in the middle of the page.
Enter a name for your report and select an Export as Option:
CSV creates a comma separated text file.
CSV (Excel) creates a comma separated text file where non-ASCII characters are encoded properly for use in Excel.
Google Sheets sends your data directly to Sheets.
Select the "Keep value formatting" option if you wish to retain the number and data formats applied in the dashboard.
Locate the "AZ" button when hovering over the visualization. Clicking this button will produce a contextual menu with sorting options (e.g., academic year) and arrows to select ascending or descending order.
