During Lunch Recess, the Library hosts 75-150 students daily. Students come to read, play games, do arts and crafts, build with Lego, solve puzzles, and more. Our games and materials get lots of use and, from time to time, need replenishing and updating. We welcome donations of the following new or lightly used items:
Yarn for weaving
Rush Hour logic game
Apples-to-Apples Jr. Game
Rechargeable Batteries AA, AAA, C, D
SWIM INTO A NEW BOOK
Our library depends on donations, grants, and fundraising to purchase new books and resources. You can donate funds by writing a check to AUSD with OV Library in the memo line and giving it to the Ocean View Office staff or through your MySchoolBucks account online.
Donations of new or lightly used books are also welcome! Below is a list of topics and titles we would like, or need to replace. We are also always in need of contact paper and book tape to cover and repair books.
