Students must be employed first to apply for a work permit
Complete the “Statement of Intent to Employ Minor and Request for Work Permit” application.
Parent/legal guardian and employer must sign the application prior to submitting.
Attach a copy of your Social Security card and bring it to campus for processing.
Only ONE Work Permit will be issued per student/per employer.
Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA and a good attendance record.

Work hours for students are as follows:
16/17 year old students enrolled in work experience (CTE Retail Marketing) may work up to 6 hours per day and no more than 36 hours per week.
16/17 year old students not enrolled in work experience may work up to 4 hours per day and no more than 28 hours per week.
14/15 year old students may work up to 3 hours per day and no more than 18 hours per week.
Summer Work Permit Hours:
Work permits will ONLY be issued Monday - Friday from 9 AM- 1 PM.
