The Official Tri-M Membership Log is now available for everyone to view! You can find the number of semesters you’ve been a member, as well as total Tri-M volunteer hours.

Outside Music Hours

If you are volunteering with an outside organization and would like to submit those hours, please fill out the form below for an approval by the executive board. Organizations and events that have been pre-approved are listed in the 'Policies' page under the 'Members' tab.

If your organization or event has been pre-approved (see below for list), you may fill in the half sheet without submitting the form linked below. The half sheet can be found in the orchestra room by the Tri-M dropbox. After filling out the half sheet completely, it can be turned in to the dropbox for verification.

Pre-Approved Music-Related Hours:

Valid Hours

• Arcadia Music Mentors

• Retirement home performances

  • Can be through a club (ex. Music Makes Miracles) or on your own

• Music Makes Miracles Charity Concerts

• Hospital performances

• Church service performances 

• Student manager at PYSO

• Methodist Hospital music therapy volunteering

• Crescendo Young Musicians Guild (CYMG) community service gigs

• Volunteer at Pasadena Symphony

• Foothills Middle School Percussion Volunteering

Invalid Hours

• AHS club meeting hours

  • Must be active volunteering

• Non-music events

• Events not listed here that have not been pre-approved
