AirPods or earbuds in a backpack at all times

LEAVING CLASS

Must receive teacher permission and fill out the 

digital hall pass found on the Dana website 

BEHAVIOR PLAN

We are all expected to adhere to the values of our classroom.

Here are the consequences for not following our values:

1st Offense: Verbal Warning & Reminder of Values

2nd Offense: Student/teacher meeting in private, with an email sent home

3rd Offense: Phone call home or in-person meeting with student & family

4th Offense: Conference with Administration and possible 1 or 2 day class suspension
