WEB is a leadership team composed of eighth graders. The main purpose of WEB is to help new students transition to Foothills. New students include all sixth graders and any seventh or eighth grader new to our campus.

WEB focuses on developing leadership skills and organizing activities that support incoming students. WEB Leaders are expected to fully commit their time, energy, and enthusiasm to the program’s mission.

WEB Leaders are expected to fully support and actively participate in all school activities. This includes, but is not limited to, attending school events such as dances and taking part in themed spirit days. As leaders, they serve as positive role models on the Foothills campus at all times.
