All information regarding registration is located on this site. Packets are not mailed home.
If a student cannot attend Spartan Day, registration can be completed on the first day of school at 7:30am. Make-up pictures for the yearbook and ID cards will be taken on the morning of Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

Come to registration with your printed & completed forms from the checklist and payment (separate checks are needed for PTSA and Music Club). Required items are listed.
Parents: sign up to volunteer on the 7th and your child can register with a fast pass.

Make an appointment for registration at Spartan Day Registration Sign Up. (8th Gr. 12:45-2:15, 7th Gr. 2:15-3:45, 6th Gr. 3:45-5:00pm)
Complete the ANTP/Emergency Card online. This is MANDATORY. The PIN was emailed to your email address(es) on file by Arcadia Unified School District on July 16, 2025. If your student was enrolled after July 1, 2025 you do NOT need to update the ANTP/Emergency Card. Go to https://portal2.ausd.net/emergencycard/changecard.ausd. There is no form or signature page to print out once you are done.

5. After school sports 2025-2026 (we anticipate that we will have the following teams but may change depending upon student interest/coaching availability). Tryouts will be announced in the Student Bulletin and on the daily news broadcast. A tryout form MUST be completed and given to the coach in order to tryout. 11. Arcadia Educational Foundation
The Arcadia Educational Foundation (AEF) works in collaboration with the Arcadia Unified School District (AUSD) to ensure a world-class education for more than 10,000 Arcadia students. Aug. 12th - WEB Orientation for 6th Grade students only, 9:00-11:00 am
Aug. 13th - First Day of School, 8:15am-3:10pm (see daily bell schedule here)
Aug. 21st - Back to School Night for parents/guardians only, 6:15-8:00pm
Sept. 1st - Labor Day Holiday - no school
