Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about CSF Membership


When can I apply for CSF membership?

Applications for CSF membership are available in September and February during the school year. Please join our CSF Google Classrooms for specific information about how to apply.


Do I need to apply for membership each semester?

Yes, you do. A student must re-apply each semester based on the previous semester's grades.


What supporting document do I upload/attach to my application - report card or transcript?

We only accept semester report cards. We do not accept transcripts or progress report cards. The school district sends out report cards after the semester ends. If you do not receive yours, please contact the school district.

Where can I get a replacement copy of my semester report card?

You can purchase a replacement copy of your semester report via the ASB Office.

When will I know if I qualify for CSF membership?

Whether you qualify for CSF membership or not, you will be notified by November (for the Fall application cycle) and March (for the Spring application cycle). Please do not email your advisor asking whether you have qualified for membership.


How much are membership dues?

Once you have been informed that you qualify for CSF membership, you will receive information about how to pay for your membership due. Membership dues are $5 payable to Arcadia High School.

Please contact the advisor responsible for your class. If you cannot identify your CSF advisor, please feel free to contact Mr. Wong at matthewwong@ausd.net.
