New Students

All students new to the Arcadia Unified School District are enrolled through the district enrollment program. Click below to be redirected to the Arcadia Unified School District Enrollment site.

Withdrawing a Student

To withdraw a student, the parent or guardian needs to contact the Registrar, Diane Novoa, dnovoa@ausd.net to officially withdraw the student. Please note arrangements will need to be made to return the student's Chromebook and textbooks.

Withdrawal paperwork and a copy of the transcript will be given at that time.

Diplomas

Diplomas are issued at graduation and are available to pick up on the day after graduation each year. Diplomas are never mailed home. Only the student, with valid ID, or the parent (if the student is under 18) may pick up a diploma. Diplomas may not be picked up by friends or other relatives who are not the legal guardian. Diplomas that are not picked up after graduation are held indefinitely in the records office. Please email the registrar to arrange a time to pick up your diploma.

PLEASE NOTE: ARCADIA HIGH SCHOOL ISSUES ONLY ONE DIPLOMA PER GRADUATE. IT IS THE GRADUATE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE DIPLOMA SAFE. WE DO NOT HAVE DUPLICATES, COPIES OR DIGITAL DIPLOMAS.

If you picked up your diploma after graduation but are still in need of a replacement diploma, you may email the Counseling Secretary, Kristen King (kristenking@ausd.net) to verify your graduation details. You will then be directed to order your diploma through Jostens for a fee. Please note: Contacting Jostens is not an automatic process and requesting for them to print and send a new diploma can take up to a month or longer depending on the time of year. If you are in need of official documentation and proof of graduation for college, employment, or the military please order a transcript instead as it is the official proof of graduation and contains your graduation date along with other personal and identifying information.
