Athleticism & Performance Training
This semester course is designed to enhance overall athleticism and improve athletic performance. Students will participate in a dynamic program focusing on developing fundamental movement skills, strength, power, speed, agility, and conditioning. Through a variety of exercises and drills, students will learn proper techniques for lifting, jumping, sprinting, and changing direction. This course emphasizes functional training, injury prevention, and building a solid foundation for any sport or physical activity.
